This hotel has a great location. Luxemburg garden is nearby and the Rodin and L'orangie museums are within about 20 minutes walking distance. The Louvre is even closer! Shopping and restaurants are everywhere in this neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We will happily come back.

Good location close to public transport and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Although we had moldy curtains (I believe it was the cleaning staff's fault), the room was clean and the beds were good, clean and comfortable. A note for the excellent professionalism of the employee Mustafa! Mustafa was simply 5 stars! Always available, super attentive and helpful. Undoubtedly the soul of the hotel.

This hotel has promise at the booking stage being conveniently located near Montparnasse Gare. However, the stifling room in high summer up 3 flights with luggage does not provide a comfortable stay. The promise of a courtyard view is the attached photo looking into what resembles a pigeon coop. This place needs a rethink.

This hotel is the cheapest place where you can sleep well and have a nice breakfast... that's it. Clean enough, friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to Gare De Montparnasse, small rooms but nice and comfortable.

We stayed for four nights and were on the top floor. There is not a lift but this was not a problem for us. The first room we were offered was room 101 which is an internal room. It was very small and had a window that would let in little light and air. My booking said 'with a street view' so we were moved to a front facing room on the fourth floor. We had light and fresh air but also the sound from the streets, bars and local traffic. The room was clean with fresh towels daily. The location is good for access to the metro or, as we did, walking to many of the tourist attractions. It is a good, basic hotel and served us well as a base for our days of walking round Paris. The staff were helpful and friendly and we were able to leave our luggage until the room was ready.
